Events Manager  

Job Objective:

Creative Handling

• Initiate, ideate, develop, and refine creative concepts for IPs and events
• Work with creative directors to transform client briefs into creative treatments
• Work with the purchasing and logistics team to organize event activities like location scouting and overall planning
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and technologies in order to stay competitive and bring innovative ideas to projects
• Mentoring and guiding junior members of the team, helping them develop their skills and grow as professionals
• Maintain a fun and dynamic atmosphere

Production

• Managing budgets, schedules, and other logistics to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Working closely with the crew members to create visually striking and aesthetically pleasing events
• Working closely with cinematographers and other crew members to create visually striking and aesthetically pleasing shows
• Act as a secondary liaison between clients and the creative team
• Address and resolve unexpected issues during the whole production process

Job Description:

• Planning and organizing events
  • Will lead the whole events team from pitching to pre-production to the actual activation
• Managing budgets and resources
  • Responsible for managing the production budget and ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively
• Collaborating with the creative team
  • Works closely with the writers, designers, and other creative professionals to ensure that the production meets the artistic vision of the team
  • Serves as a leader and communicator, making sure that everyone involved in the production is on the same page and working towards a common goal
• Communicating with the suppliers and crew
• Making artistic decisions
• Overseeing all aspects of the event

• Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably Communications, Events Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Events Manager or in a similar role
• Has industry knowledge and technical expertise
• Profound understanding of events production principles and aesthetics
• Has a keen eye in production design
• Can effectively communicate concepts and ideas especially to clients
• Familiarity with event management software is a plus
• Willing to work onsite at our Stronghold office in Xavierville, Quezon City
