Job Description
- Create, administer, and manage online stores, social media platforms and ensure all e-commerce channel is within compliance of brands and company.
- Manage and review online merchandise presentation to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing, site placement, and promotional messages are accurate and meet brand standards. Oversee the look, feel, and design of the store and other social media accounts.
- Ensure 100% achievement of monthly sales target by joining campaigns, listing on flash sales, activating supporting features, and all other promotions
- Ensures that all items in the webstore are properly stocked. Forecast and assist broader demand planning.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by building rapport with customers and efficient handling of customer complaints.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Good understanding and management of web design, managing content and web analytic software.
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
- Verbal and written communication abilities
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Must have a good leadership and negotiation skills
