- Create and manage content plans, and regularly post content on social media including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence that resonates with our target audience.
- Develop innovative content (including creating concept and content writing) that aligns with our branding. Write scripts and act as talent for IG Reels or TikTok Video.
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer & Videographer Team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for social media content.
- Keep up to date with any social media trends, especially in the capital market and the financial industry.
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year student or recent graduate. Majoring in Communications, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral and written).
- Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Creative, confident, energetic, and has a good appearance, as she will be the ‘face’ of our social media.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, trustworthy, and time management skills.
- Passionate in social media, KOL/influencer marketing, and content management.
- Being able to do voice-over is a plus.
- Full WFO.
