Job Description
General Accountabilities:
- Types and proofs variety of letters, memoranda, forms and reports in an accurate and efficient fashion.
- Typically used word processing equipment such as MS or Excel Microsoft
- Email management,reads and routes incoming email.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for management, supervisor o department staff
- Arrange's travel flight & accommodations of VIP's
- Establish and maintains files and record electronically
- Order's office supplies as necessary
- Perform variety of virtual clerical duties such as coordinating meeting with Client, scheduling appointments, or being a liaison with vendros and contractors
- Uses various computer applications, such as database management and word processing
- Creates, maintains and enters data into database
- Organize route schedules for optimum service and timeliness
- The client of the company reserves the right to add or change duties anytime.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Qualifications :
- Willing to work in Hybrid Set-Up
- Education : Associate's degree or any related degrees
- Esxperience: 3-4 years experience
- With Experience in Accounting Firm, Finance Firm ot any related firms
- Familiarity with latest workplace, technologies, including online calendars and desktop sharing,
- Excellent multitasking, time management and organizational skills
- Able to follow a process doc with no/limited oversight
- Prior admin experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication
