Survey Engineer Specialist  

Role Summary

The position holder is responsible to provide surveying and mapping requirements across multiple ARI Projects to achieve the objective of developing and executing financially and commercially viable renewable energy projects.

Outcomes Expected and Responsibilities

• Accurately measures land features and boundaries by conducting surveys on land sites.
• Research and examine previous records and evidence (historical maps and surveys, as well as legal documents, relating to the property or section of land they are measuring) to ensure data accuracy.
• Build maps, sketches, and charts and creates records of survey results
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper calibration.
• Collaborating and working with project managers, engineers, and government agencies, when necessary.
• Supports a psychologically safe environment for the team members by practicing courageous authenticity while operating on mutual trust, support, and respect.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geodetic Engineering
• 2 years of Surveying experience in using GPS, and geographic information system (GIS) devices, AutoCAD
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer

Technical Competencies

• Able to conduct levelling, topographic, boundary and route survey and provide reports and models which will be used as basis and reference in civil design plans
• Able to provide survey reports and lot plans in accordance to geodetic engineering manual on land surveying
• Able to plan, organize, and direct/manage cross-functional teams (both internal teams and external stakeholders) through different deal phases, according to required timelines while ensuring quality deliverables across different workstreams; can mitigate and anticipate associated risks at each phase of a plan/project
