Nurse (Medical Community Operations)  

We are looking for an enthusiastic Nurse with a good understanding of medical terms and ICD coding who can join our team in analyzing medical data. You will assist in the discharge process of Insurance Chats on Alodokter Applications and Ensuring continuous flow of Alodokter Website Doctor Forum, and support our growing medical team. Attention to detail and computer skills are a must for this position.

What you will do

• Compile important medical data from our computer-based applications. Analysis of medical data will involve checking for specific medical keywords and categories as needed for our various projects. Data will be used to develop initiatives to provide better experience and health information to our users.
• Determine the best suited ICD code for each and every Insurance Chat based on the diagnosis by the doctors and ensuring that they are in accordance with the Insurance Providers.
• Assist in the discharge and claim process of every Insurance chats according to the SOP from Insurance Providers and ensure they meet with the timeline requirement.
• You will assist in improving our medical application and also contribute to other Alodokter platforms
• Work will also include helping improve the medical quality of our website, such as helping the continuity of questions for website doctors, and making sure that website forums are interesting to read and easy to find.
• Title rewriting (from Alodokter backoffice page/Wordpress). Changing the title of a question that goes to Alodokter becomes an interesting question title and easy to understand by the user. This means users can search the topics easily on the Alodokter website and also passing the questions to doctor’s inbox, so the doctors can answers the questions
• Tagging - Categorize each user's questions into the right category (put the article ‘tag’ on the Alodokter backoffice page.
• Participate or provide input for the progress of Alodokter and Willing to follow activities organized by Alodokter.

• Work on shift basis - 40 hours/week

  - weekday day shifts WFO;

  - weekday afternoon shift and weekend shifts WFH

• Education: Nursing Degree (D3 Keperawatan, S1 Keperawatan, NERS)

• Experience: 0-2 years

• Language: Good English communication skills

• Soft skills: detail oriented, good understanding of medical terms, familiar with ICD coding system, self motivated and efficient work is a must.

• Advanced computer user (Back End Skill) including familiarity with spreadsheets and data analysis.

• Willing to do overtime work - extra hours if needed.
