- Proficiency in outbound cold calling, including offshore markets
- Research about US-based retail businesses
- Key performance indicators (KPIs) comprise daily call volume, conversion rate of retailers, and average order size.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in General Sales
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
