Sales & Operation Executive (Remote Work From Home)

Job Scope

Work From Home (WFH) remotely in Philippines to support Sales and Operations in accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies

Manage and operate the Sales Channel(s) such as phone, text, and Social Media inboxes

Provide professional, prompt, and friendly support to leads over the sales channels such as program information, sign-up method, and any other sales-related queries

Answer inbound messages and calls from leads and clients

Make outbound calls for warm lead follow-up and outbound cold calls for sales campaigns

Resolve the majority of sales inquiries and escalate other high-level inquiries to senior staff members or management

Manage ground operational issues and customer complaints

Maintain Sales KPIs such as End-of-Day Sales Channels Reporting and Same-Day Reply Rate.

Use cloud-based tools and spreadsheets to document deals, update pipelines and report sales progress to management

Perform administrative and data entry tasks meticulously to ensure systems are updated

Home Office Requirements

Candidate shall ensure he/she is sufficiently equipped with a home office with the necessary IT equipment and infrastructure to perform the work. Candidate shall be personally responsible for all related Home Office expenses.

Work Scheule

Tue 8am - 4pm (1 hour lunch)

Wed 8am - 4pm (1 hour lunch)

Thu 8am - 4pm (1 hour lunch)

Fri 8am - 10pm (1 hour lunch + 1 hour dinner)

Sat 8am - 10pm (1 hour lunch + 1 hour dinner)

• Bachelor's Degree;
• Strong excel & google sheets skills
• Strong multitasking and WhatsApp skills
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
