Job Description
- Helps oversee the execution of nationwide campaigns
- Helps do technical run-throughs with the host and key opinion leader (KOL)
- Assists in virtual events from ingress to egress
- Helps with playback of event and reporting
- Does administrative tasks/clerical work related to the project
- Discusses the results (green and red flags) of executions to concerned parties
- Assesses the effectiveness of project executions and provides recommendations on specific areas of improvement
- Participates in various meetings with clients and agency partners, together with the team
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any 4-year course (fresh grads are welcome to apply!)
- 1 year work experience in Product/Project Management / Advertising / Marketing / Event Management / Brand Activation is preferred, but not required
- Has experience handling digital/online and/or on-ground events
- Has strong people skills
- Patient and willing to collaborate with a team
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup (office is located in Ortigas, Pasig)
- Employment duration: until October 2022
