- Korespondensi dengan partner dalam dan luar negeri
- Administrasi Foreign Right /linsensi
- Administrasi business process (Editorial &Production)
- Mengelola jadwal pertemuan seluruh pimpinan unit Gramedia dan Kadokawa
- Mengelola surat-surat internal departemen atau divisi
- Mengelola pemesanan dan penyelesaian dana untuk event maupun proyek
- Menghitung penjualan dan melaporkan royalti untuk penulis lokal dan internasional
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan min S1
- Menyukai bidang administrasi
- Cekatan dan teliti
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Menyukai hal yang detail dan terstruktur
- Mahir menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office
- Dapat berbahasa asing Inggris aktif (bahasa Jepang menjadi nilai lebih)
