Job Description
- Responding to client inquiries and concerns;
- Promptly managing local and foreign clients;
- Leading and managing projects, including project managers, and implementing preventative measures for foreseeable issues;
- Identifying client needs and proactively presenting solutions;
- Writing and presenting project proposal documents;
- Aggregating and analyzing team’s sales and profit margin;
- Setting goals for improving sales and profit margins and suggesting ways to achieve them;
- Developing bidding plans and strategies;
- Preparing and processing various documents requested by the client based on the situation;
- Overseeing project management and supervising junior members and trainees;
- Leading or coordinating internal and external activities initiated/joined by the company;
- Utilizing various tools, databases, and software to manage and oversee localization requests; and
- Preparing and presenting reports and other deliverables related to client requests or in-house projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business, Communications, Foreign Language, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields;
- Exceptional verbal and writing skills in English and Filipino (Tagalog);
- Fluency in another Philippine language and/or a foreign language other than English is an advantage;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Office 365, and G Suite (Google Apps);
- Above-average marketing, writing, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and undergo rigorous training;
- High focus to ensure quality delivery of multiple projects under tight deadlines;
- Willingness to work beyond office hours and on weekends when necessary;

- Readiness to travel periodically in Lexcode's office in Seoul, Korea and to other locations (domestic and abroad) to support events;
- Can report at our Makati office four times a week;
