Job Title: Junior Creative Multimedia Artist

Job Description: As a Junior Creative Multimedia Artist at QBA Inc., you will play a vital role in contributing to the creation of captivating digital content that reflects the distinct attitude, style, and creative essence of our emerging streetwear and lifestyle brands. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing (Digital and Brand) to assist in conceptualizing, producing, and delivering visually engaging multimedia assets aimed at captivating our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation Support: Provide assistance to senior team members throughout all phases of content creation, from pre-production planning to post-production editing, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality multimedia assets.
• Collaborative Ideation:Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with the Digital Marketing Team, contributing creative ideas and concepts that align with brand objectives and resonate with our target audience.
• Visual Conceptualization: Assist in visualizing and refining creative concepts, aiding in the translation of ideas into visually compelling multimedia content that appeals to our demographic.
• Cultural Awareness: Stay abreast of current trends in pop culture and streetwear fashion, integrating relevant references and elements into multimedia projects to enhance audience engagement and relevance.
• Copywriting Assistance: Support in crafting basic copies and captions that complement visual content, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across various digital platforms for maximum impact.
• Technical Proficiency: Develop proficiency in photography and videography techniques, as well as operating audio recording, camera, and lighting equipment, under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Adobe Software Mastery: Skills in using Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere, and After Effects, to contribute effectively to the creation of multimedia content.

These responsibilities will allow you to grow and excel in your role as a Junior Multimedia Artist, contributing to the dynamic and creative environment at QBA Inc.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
2. 1-3 years of relevant working experience as a Multimedia Artist or Graphic Artist.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere, and After Effects.
4. Ability to produce digital content in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Team.
5. Basic writing skills for basic copies and captions.
6. Knowledge and experience in photography and videography.
7. Familiarity with audio recording, camera, and lighting equipment.
8. Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
