Job Description
- Research and identify potential clients in target industries and positions
- Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, email, and networking to introduce our recruitment services
- Understand clients’ hiring needs and assist entire client engagement process, from initial contact until placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition from client acquisition to candidate placement
- Provide regular reports and updates on client acquisition and engagement activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively prioritize and manage time
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in business development
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
- Familiarity with or a strong interest in the recruitment and staffing industry
- Prior experience in recruitment consultant, sales, or business development is advantageous
- An understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends is desirable
- Availability to work full-time or part-time as required by the internship program
