- Actively looks out for potential clients and orients them of adequate protection benefits
- Profiles customers and identify the potential financial risks
- Educates and delivers solution-based recommendations
- Coaches people about building funds for education, retirement, medium to long term goals and legacy planning
- Conducts financial seminars with the assistance of his/her leader/s
- Maintains and builds referral channel and develop strong partnerships
- Provides great customer service
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates for Financial Coach must be:
- 4- year college graduate
- Resident of Metro Manila and nearby provinces
- Willing to be trained
- Team player
- Customer focused
- Computer literate (proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint is an advantage)
- Willing to attend onsite meetings in Makati 2 Saturdays a month
- With positive outlook
