Job Description

Meet or exceed sales objectives for assigned accounts by promoting and selling Trends Academy’s services through professional, consultative sales techniques and build long-term customer relationships.

1. Meet minimum sales and collection targets as set forth by the management.

2. Identify new opportunities for business with both existing and new clients.

3. Manage client relationships by consistently doing cold/warm calls and client visitations to uncover opportunities and advance sales process.

4. Work proactively with colleagues to provide the necessary service required to achieve customer satisfaction.

5. Support and promote marketing activities to aid customer acquisition including e-mail marketing, seminar events and trade shows.

6. Prepare and provide presentations and quotations to clients as needed.

7. Continually do market research regarding the currents trends happening and learn the implication of those trends to the industry, customers, markets and competition.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • With at least 2-year sales experience in technology, training, or adjacent industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong sales pipeline
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Attractive personality and good social connections
  • PC literate and has good command of both spoken and written English
  • Able to work under pressure, positive thinker, proactive and creative
