Job Description

Property Services dari KG Property, pilar bisnis properti Kompas Gramedia, sedang membutuhkan satu (1) orang Teknisi di untuk fungsi Building Management

1. Melakukan pengoperasian peralatan ME gedung

2. Melakukan perawatan peralatan ME gedung

3. Melakukan perbaikan peralatan ME gedung

4. Melakukan troubleshooting dan penanganan keluhan

Minimum Qualifications

Minimal pendidikan STM (lulusan D3 akan menjadi poin plus) jurusan Listrik Arus Kuat atau Mekatronika;
Pengalaman kerja maksimal tiga (3) tahun (lulusan baru hingga dua tahun dipersilakan untuk melamar);
Memiliki kemampuan teknis seperti
- Listrik: Mampu memperbaiki instalasi listrik sederhana;
- Mekanik: Mampu memperbaiki mesin pompa air sederhana;
- AC: Mengetahui sistem kerja AC;
Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris pasif maupun aktif;
Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan komputer (Microsoft Office, Autocad, PLC);
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi (lisan maupun tulisan) yang baik;
Memiliki sikap kerja seperti kemampuan bekerja sama, inisiatif, kecepatan, dan ketelitian kerja.
