Over the past four years, we have doubled in size each year and today manage more than 6,000 apartment homes across Washington and Oregon. Our portfolio includes affordable housing, workforce housing, market-rate communities, and complex public-private partnerships. We are also building something unusual in our industry: a technology-forward operating platform powered by AI, automation, and data. Our proprietary Maynard platform supports leasing, resident communications, maintenance operations, accounting, and business intelligence, allowing our teams to focus on higher-value work and exceptional service. Our Philippines-based Tagumpay team is a core part of our success. What began as a small support group has grown into a 20+ person organization supporting resident services, leasing, operations, recruiting, and business functions across the company.
