General Manager  

We are looking for a General Manager to join us in building the company, and manage day to day operations of our co-working space and managed services. We are looking for someone with a fun and friendly personality, a passion for startups, and a keen interest in growing and scaling businesses.

• Define, document, and implement SOPs to ensure timely and efficient execution of services
• Own and manage relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners
• Regularly prepare, analyze, and present financial and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve the company’s value proposition across all managed services
• Attend to issues and concerns as needed and raise any immediate needs pertaining to budget and resources to ensure scalable best practices
• Full-time onsite at our Makati co-working space
• Operating hours: 9:00-6:00 PM on weekdays
• Occasionally attend to clients outside of regular working hours as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in management or entrepreneurship preferred
• At least 5 years of working experience in managed services, legal/financial consulting, and/or co-working spaces
• At least 2 years experience in a managerial capacity
• Prior experience in operations, business development, legal, and compliance is highly preferred
• CPA or Juris Doctor is a distinct advantage
• Must be familiar with productivity tools such as Microsoft applications and project management software
• Resourceful, passionate, and driven to learn and overcome any obstacles
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Can speak and write English fluently
