- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Elektro atau Teknik Mesin
- Pengalaman 3–5 tahun dalam proyek MEP industri / fasilitas manufaktur
- Berpengalaman dalam proyek pabrik, gudang, atau fasilitas industri skala besar
- Memahami sistem kelistrikan industri 3-phase
- Mampu membaca gambar MEP, single line diagram, load schedule, dan spesifikasi teknis
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam proses testing & commissioning sistem MEP
- Terbiasa berkoordinasi dengan kontraktor dan vendor mesin
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan komunikasi yang baik
Minimum Qualifications
- Mengawasi instalasi sistem kelistrikan, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, genset, dan compressed air sesuai gambar kerja dan spesifikasi teknis
- Memastikan pekerjaan sesuai standar PUIL, SNI, dan best practice industri
- Mengontrol kualitas pekerjaan untuk meminimalkan rework dan menjaga timeline proyek
- Memverifikasi load calculation dan distribusi panel listrik sesuai kebutuhan mesin produksi
- Mengawasi instalasi LVMDP, panel distribusi, cable tray, grounding, dan lightning protection
- Memastikan kestabilan sistem kelistrikan 3-phase sebelum penyambungan mesin
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim planning dan vendor mesin terkait kesiapan titik listrik dan utilitas
- Mengawal proses testing & commissioning (load test, grounding test, pompa, fire alarm, HVAC, dll.)
- Melakukan review shop drawing dan memimpin koordinasi teknis dengan kontraktor/subkontraktor
- Memastikan seluruh sistem siap sebelum fase factory launch
- Menyiapkan dokumentasi as-built drawing dan O&M manual sebagai bagian dari proses handover
