We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People and Culture Generalist o join our dynamic Human Resources team. The People and Culture Generalist responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations aligned with business needs. The role covers talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and benefits administration, while serving as a strategic advisor to management and employees.

Training & Development:
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing learning initiatives that support employee growth and organizational goals. This role focuses on identifying skill gaps, designing effective training programs, and ensuring employees receive the tools and knowledge they need to perform at their best.
- Support the performance management cycle, including setting up performance review schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of appraisals.
- Help coordinate training and development programs by liaising with external vendors or internal trainers and tracking attendance.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of learning materials and resources for employee development.
- Coordinates with the Technical Team with regards to technical training/ seminars.
- Developing rewards and remuneration strategy.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with People & Culture Lead to develop sound HR solutions and policies.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Organize and oversee employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events to enhance workplace morale.
- Plan and execute engagement programs, surveys, and initiatives that foster employee satisfaction, motivation, retention, and company-wide events to enhance workplace morale (company outing, team building, company anniversary, etc.)
- Coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives and ensure employees have access to resources that promote their health and work-life balance.
- Help maintain and promote internal communication channels to keep employees informed of company news, events, and initiatives.
- Evaluate engagement results and recommend actions to boost morale and workplace experience
- Handle employee discipline issues and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Support organizational change by creating effective internal communication strategies and ensuring best practices are managed.
- Assist with the processing of employee leave requests, absences, and other administrative tasks related to employee relations.

Administrative Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions such as handling office supplies, creation of company ID, Tshirt, additional clerical support to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Oversee administrative tasks including permit and license renewals, and inventory management.
- Maintain and update employee 201 files, HR records, and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
- Keep all employee information, HR trackers, and internal databases consistently updated and accurate..
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years within HR and Administration.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Recruitment, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, and HR best practices.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as lead a team effectively.
