- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction
- Understand clients’ business goals and technical challenges to provide strategic guidance
- Coordinate with consulting teams to deliver IT strategy, transformation, infrastructure, or digital projects
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and service quality
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with technical consultants to create proposals, statements of work, and client roadmaps
- Monitor client contract renewals and drive retention and account expansion
- Stay current on technology trends, IT best practices, and industry-specific innovations
- Support pre-sales activities by helping tailor consulting solutions to client needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple client accounts and deliver high-quality service
- 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the IT consulting or services industry
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and project lifecycle
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
