- Analyze and map existing business processes across departments
- Develop, document, and maintain clear and effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Tech, HR, and other teams
- Lead implementation of new procedures and monitor compliance
- Support daily operational needs and problem-solving
- Conduct regular audits of existing processes and ensure continuous improvement
- Provide insights and reports to support strategic decision-making
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years experience in process improvement, business operations, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in SOP development and operational documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment (startup mindset!)
- Proficient with process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio)
