About the Role: As a Record to Report Ops Specialist you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:
- Work closely with the business unit of the customer organization and provide them with financial accounting support in particular on period-end close of the General Ledger so as to be able to report financial results in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support financial control over the General Ledge
- Responsible for financial accounting and reporting that has a material impact on key components of the client’s financial statements.
- Responsible for the preparation, coordination and review of financial accounting analyses and journal entries to properly recognize actual results for material components of the client’s operations.
Minimum Qualifications
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/Finance/Accounting-related courses,
- At least 5 years solid Finance/Accounting experience in Record to Report or General Accounting
- 2 years' Supervisory experience
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong, work in office & night shift schedule
