Job Description
About the Role: As a Training Manager you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:
- Build client relationships in collaboration with the Client Account Leadership team.
- Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios.
- Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA commitments.
Minimum Qualifications
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 12 to 20 years of experience doing similar work either at or outside of Accenture.
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge in an area of expertise based on experience, and act in an advisory role in meetings.
