- Support system enhancement request by analyzing and documenting user requirements
- Manage system developer prioritization in delivering system enhancements
- Design functional solution together with system developer to address user requirements
- Conduct internal testing to ensure all the functional solution working
- Arrange user acceptance testing with business users to validate the enhancement by gathering proof of test and sign off
- Create user guide documentation and provide system training to trainers or business users, when required by the project
- Work closely with respective departments and development team to resolve production issue
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree majoring Information Technology / System Information
- Minimum 2 Years of working experience in software development environment
- Know and understand of building/drafting BRD, FSD, TSD & UML.
- Understand how to elaborate user requirement, build software solution, conduct and arrange user testing
- Basic understanding of project management and reporting
- Good knowledge on Ms. Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio)
