- Configure forms based on input and feedback from end-users or other Implementation Team members.
- Collaborate with the Implementation Team to understand client requirements and needs.
- Consistently meet deadlines while managing multiple ongoing tasks and shifting priorities.
- Assist the Customer Success team with Professional Service requests by configuring new forms or modifying existing ones.
- Accurately track time spent on tasks.
- Maintain high standards for quality in all deliverables.
- Comply with HIPAA requirements for handling patient data.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Healthcare SaaS/Tech, preferably in implementation, customer success, account management, solution engineering, consulting, or sales.
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Nursing, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience is a strong plus.
- Strong bedside manner, ability to patiently guide others through a first-time experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
