Part Time Accounting Assistant Night Shift  

Responsibilities:

• Data and Email Scraping
• Client Invoicing (pulling hours from our time tracking software and inputting them into a bill template we have)
• Daily project priority tracking — keeping the team up to speed with what deadlines are upcoming and project deadlines
• Scheduling Conference Calls + meetings, and taking notes during calls
• File organization and management in Dropbox
• Simple bookkeeping (reconciling a few transactions a week in Quickbooks)
• Project Organization in Notion
• Other administrative-related tasks. No complex software learning or processes. It will mainly just be supporting the team in helping us stay on top of tasks and being willing to help out where needed — with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and organizational skills

Requirements:

• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Can easily adapt to a fast pace work environment

• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to details

• Advanced MS Excel knowledge

• Preferably someone with QuickBooks Desktop AND QuickBooks Online accounting experience.
