Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Analyst to be dedicated to our Australia-based client. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring websites, themes, and plugins conform to quality standards by executing automated test plans, performing diagnostics, and coordinating with development teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of QA experience with strong skills in test automation tools (Selenium/Appium/Cypress) and WordPress development.
What You'll Do
- Conduct automated testing procedures on websites/app.
- Test internal tools such as Wordpress plugins and themes.
- Perform diagnostics and provide developers the steps to replicate bugs.
- Provide documentation and project history by submitting site issues to Jira
- Timely complete assigned projects and meet required monthly output.
- Coordinate with and provide updates to team leader and project managers about deliverables.
- Experience in Selenium/Appium/Cypress/New Relic/Synthetics is a must

Minimum Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as Software QA Analyst or Tester.
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WordPress
- Ability to effectively write and understand technical documentation
- Ability to code unit tests and experience with continuous integration
- Ability to translate business, functional, and technical requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task independently with minimal managerial oversight, deliver quality deliverables against strict deadlines
