The Learning and Training Expert supervises associates and senior associates and manages escalated requests by taking ownership to provide timely and accurate resolution. This role collaborates across the global Learning and Training functions, contributing to process improvement and expanding the knowledge base. The Expert supervises Associates and Senior Associates, works closely with the Senior Expert and reports to the Team Lead. Your Roles and Responsibilities Ensure the team responds and resolves tickets within the agreed service level agreements. Ensure that learning events, workshops, eLearning sessions, and other training programs are organized according to stakeholder requirements and expectations. Manage requests escalated by associates or senior associates and provide a timely and accurate resolution Identify trends in user requests or issues and proposes permanent fixes to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction Document non-standard requests and the corresponding resolution and share knowledge with the learning administrators, or learning community Identify out-of-scope requests and hand over the request to the appropriate support team Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely creation of training reports Perform quality assurance reviews, working with stakeholders and vendors to test modules and software integrations Manage and generate reports on training administered by the team Ensure that the learning management systems and platforms work accurately; apply quick fixes where possible, and promptly work with L&T Enabling Partners or IT to resolve problems Lead the team’s participation in the development of learning systems and software release – including the planning, scheduling, testing, implementation, and verification of software updates Monitor and reports the team’s SLAs and KPIs and engage people to achieve the targets Perform root cause analysis on KPI results, if below the targets ✔ Please note: This position follows a night shift schedule.

Performs day-to-day Tax Compliance operations as follows: Records, verifies and executes pre-check activities for country with medium to slightly high level of complexity according to process documentation. Performs collaboration to address tax errors and issues noted during the review. Manages Tax compliance activities in accordance with activity split including Tax declaration, submission and payment covering all tax types for country with medium to slightly high level of complexity. (Value-added Tax, Gross Sales tax, Withholding Tax, Corporate income Tax, and Local tax) Handles Tax queries from different stakeholders. Follow ups and resolves issues and queries within the team from internal and external stakeholders Monitors process exceptions and specifics due to local tax regulation per country Provides support and responds to notices of local tax authorities and audit. Manages safekeeping and retention of files by ensuring timely and appropriate archiving. Performs other tasks as required by the role.

Audit SupportAssist in conducting tax audits by: Providing initial data/document request of tax auditors, including but not limited to, Balance sheet, Profit & Loss, transactional listings, TP documentation & segmentation, and account details/information. Retrieving accounting documents from various systems e.g., SAP, WPA, Concur, YourDocs, etc. Summarizing the result of the data extraction including analysis and summary of why e.g., a posting has been posted and contribute tax risks assessment. Preparation of initial audit documentation and reports for review and submissions to tax authorities. Maintain organized records of audit findings and related documents. Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to support audit activities. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information for audits. Schedule and coordinate audit meetings as required. Continuous Improvement: Assist in developing recommendations for improving tax compliance processes. Participate in training and development programs to enhance tax audit skills. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Conduct annual salary surveys of the countries within his/her scope of responsibility in collaboration with the vendors within the given timelines. Evaluate the Bayer jobs using the survey provider methodology (Willis Towers Watson, Mercer, Korn Ferry, Aon, etc.) involve country HR for alignment if necessary. Ensure the overall data quality of the survey submission. Upload survey results per county in MarketPay and ensure the quality of the Bayer data in the tool. Provide TR benchmark data upon request. Run ad hoc job pricing requests in the defined timeline and format. Manage access rights for Market Pay and vendor tools/files/sites. Monitor external vendor's service quality according to identified standards Participate in process improvement initiatives within the Total Rewards Benchmarking space, with focus on harmonization, standardization, and automation. Provide consultative guidance to assigned Country TR Expert on Benchmarking topics. Support the Global TR Benchmarking Lead in global TR projects as needed
