- Membuat desain program sesuai arahan Learning Development Unit Head,
- Melakukan troubleshooting apabila dalam pelaksanaan program terdapat kendala yang akan mempengaruhi kualitas program dengan berkoordinasi kepada Learning Development Unit Head,
- Membuat modul training untuk offline learning berikut dengan material pendukungnya,
- Membuat undangan dan / atau teaser program baru yang akan diluncurkan,
- Mengikuti aktivitas technical meeting serah terima program dan memberikan penjelasan sejelas-jelasnya atas program baru yang diluncurkan,
- Menguji modul training offline learning dengan melakukan Alfa dan Beta Test,
- Melakukan pendampingan selama program berlangsung, serta melihat progressnya dan melaporkannya secara berkala ke Learning Development Unit Head.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan, IPK minimal 3.00,
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang Learning & Development atau training.
- Memahami konsep Learning & Development, Human Recources
- Memiliki skill Microsoft Office (diutamakan Excel, Power Point)
- Poin plus jika menguasai Adobe Photoshop dan CorelDraw
