Overseeing the audio and visual production process

Designing, setting up and operating sound and lighting equipment for projects

Providing technical support for productions, programs and events

Supporting and advising the technical and sales teams on financial needs

Working with the Director to oversee the completion of projects and ensure that all technical needs are catered to
-
Providing accurate equipment costs and setup time estimates
-
Working directly with the design team to come up with mockups and technical drawings of scenes
-
Recommending and using new technologies to improve work for all employees and executives

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Flexible and can problem-solve any concerns or issues that may arise pre-, during, and post- events
- can work with a team
- at least 3 yrs of experience for technical director work
- not required, but a plus: having a network of suppliers
