The Area Manager ensures:
- Achievement of sales target
- Inventory Management
- Manpower productivity
- Customer Service Excellence
- Store and people management
- Willing to be assigned in these areas: Tuguegarao, La Union/ Laog, Bohol, Iloilo Calamba, Sorsogon, Dasmarinas, Tarlac, Cabanatuan, Urdaneta, Cebu, Davao, Lipa and Zamboanga
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management
- Fast Learner, Flexible and with strong leadership skills
- Monitor sales performance for the retail operations and ensure sales targets are achieved
- Motivate frontline staff and coach them for excellence customer service
- Conduct store visit and ensure stores and retail stores are well presented in the company's standards
- With 1 to 3 years background in managing retail store operations and management of staffs
