- Responsible for achieving sales targets in the E-Commerce, Live Streaming, and Online Customer Service areas (Tokopedia, TikTok, and Shopee).
- Develop, implement, and evaluate sales strategies for assigned channels.
- Supervise and control the performance of the E-Commerce Specialist, CSO Presales, and Live Streaming teams.
- Manage team budget, KPIs, performance reviews, and evaluations of subordinates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s/Diploma IV degree in any major.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales/marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team or managing a project.
- Familiar with and able to operate marketplace systems and social media platforms.
- Proficient in data processing using MS Office (Excel) or Google Spreadsheet.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Familiarity with affiliate programs & live streaming is a plus.
- Interest in the latest gadgets/technology is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Malang City.
