Senior Project Coordinator  

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all phases of AI-related projects, from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to project goals and timelines.
• Maintain and update project documentation including timelines, resource allocation, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Work closely with technical teams (e.g., AI/ML engineers, data scientists) to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; identify and mitigate risks.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, and stand-ups.
• Track and report project KPIs and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing documentation for model validation, ethical AI reviews, and compliance with AI governance standards.
• Ensure alignment with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor relationships for AI tools, platforms, or services.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Project Coordinator with experience in managing projects that involve Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Data Science. This role will be instrumental in supporting cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver AI-related projects on time and within scope. You will coordinate with data analyst, project coordinator, and business stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, with at least 2 years managing or supporting AI/ML or data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of the AI development lifecycle (data collection, model training, testing, deployment).
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• PMP, CAPM, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) in AI contexts.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and model accountability.
