- Oversee delivery of IT Managed Services across all assigned project/clients
- Ensure adherance to SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes
- Act as primary escalation point for operational issues
- Conduct client visits
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Manage and support a distributed workforce
- Ensure proper staffing, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams for resource fulfillment
- Lead resolution of service issues, escalations, and major incidents
- Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting
- Support growth development of Managed Service Unit
- Collaborate with leadership in preparation for future expansion
- Contribute to process improvements and operational scalibility
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Extensive experience in IT Operations / Managed Services / IT Staffing (ideally senior-level)
- Proven experience handling multiple clients and large-scale deployments
- Strong knowledge of service delivery frameworks (e.g. SLA/KPI management)
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Experience in handling escalations, client-facing concerns, and operational risks
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operations
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
