Relationship Manager  

Strengthen relationship of Loan Specialist and Partners with GSLI and its officers.
• Provides, implements recruitment strategies aligned with the overall marketing strategies.
• Supports, Coordinates with Area Managers in implementing strategies, modules and training
programs.
• Creates training programs that will help Loan Specialists improve their attitude, selling skills and
grow as an individual.
• Organizes & facilitates training programs and events for Loan Specialist and Partners.
• Visits branches and meet with loan consultants for trainings, assemblies and meetings as
coordinated with Area Managers and Branch Managers.
• Monitors progress provides statistical information of new recruited Loan Consultants and
developed active loan consultants.
• Spearhead sales activities for Loan Specialists and Partners.
• Communicates with loan consultants all policies that might affect their selling activities.
• Recommends solutions to Loan Consultants' concerns.)

• Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales or
  Marketing, or other related course.
  • With at least two (2) years work-related experience in
  branch operations, two years of which is in a Managerial or
  Supervisory capacity.
  • Should have technical marketing skills, relevant product and
  industry knowledge
  • Should be a strategist and is capable to think out-of-the-box.
  • Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral),
  decision making skills, problem solving skills, presentation
  skills, training skills, interpersonal skills and networking skills
  • Capable to solve amicably customer’s/client’s complaints.
  • Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative,
  innovative, adaptable, and analytical.
