Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and email outreach, to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research and targeted outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects by providing relevant information and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status updates in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our services during conversations with prospects.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospects.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with outbound prospecting techniques such as cold calling and email outreach.
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools and techniques.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in the digital marketing industry is preferred but not required.
