This is a full-time role for an Account Officer located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Account Officer will be responsible for managing daily accounts, building relationship with debtors/potential debtors, providing customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduate/maximum 2 years' experience in related position in financial services
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Strong eagerness in building relationship
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Can make reporting in English
