Community Manager  

We are looking for a Community Manager to oversee and coordinate projects related to partnerships, sponsorships, and audience engagement within our podcast network. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and comprehension skills, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and podcast hosts, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring sponsorship and partnership agreements are executed smoothly.
• Manage content schedules, track deliverables, and coordinate with production, sales, and marketing teams.
• Assist in securing and managing sponsorship deals, ensuring proper ad placements and campaign execution.
• Monitor audience engagement and community feedback, using insights to enhance partnerships and content strategies.
• Develop reports on campaign performance and sponsorship effectiveness.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, account management, partnerships, or community engagement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in digital media, content production, or podcasting is a plus.
