We aren't looking for a generalist. We need an experienced Marketing & Social Media Manager who speaks "car" fluently.
You will be the bridge between our high-end Creative Team and our audience. Your focus is strategy, planning, and execution. While our Creatives handle the heavy production, you will own the calendar, the posting, and the "raw" daily content that keeps our community engaged.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Planning: Develop and manage the content calendar across all platforms.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for:
- I&I Automotive Modifications (main brand)
- All partner and carried brands
- Future in-house brands
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for:
- Collaboration: Partner with our Creative Team to brief and plan high-end campaigns.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns:
- Product and service launches
- Builds and special projects
- Events and brand collaborations
- Product and service launches
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns:
- Content Distribution: Handle the actual posting, caption writing, and community engagement.
- Manage community engagement:
- Comments
- DMs
- Audience interaction
- Strengthen I&I's presence in the automotive enthusiast community
- Ensure the brand feels active, real, and approachable

- "Light" Content: Capture and post authentic BTS, Stories, and Reels that require minimal editing.
- Capture and manage:
- Raw, behind-the-scenes shop content
- Build progress and installs
- Events, activations, and collaborations
- Performance: Track what works and pivot strategy to keep our brand at the center of car culture.
- Set and track KPIs across platforms:
- Reach and engagement
- Follower growth

- Analyze performance and optimize content and campaigns

Minimum Qualifications
Automotive Obsession: Deep, technical knowledge of cars and parts is mandatory.
Marketing Experience: 2+ years managing social platforms and digital campaigns.
The "Eye": You know what looks good. You can direct a shoot and spot a trending sound before it hits the mainstream.
Efficiency: You are organized, tech-savvy, and ready to move at the speed of social media.
