About the Role:
Kalibrr is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to support our revenue and customer teams. If you’re eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, CRM tools, and client engagement at a fast-paced tech company, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to inbound inquiries and assist potential clients
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities
- Maintain and update records in Zoho CRM
- Schedule sales appointments and customer onboarding calls
- Support and conduct basic product trainings with customers
- Prepare internal reports to track performance and activities

Minimum Qualifications

- Can work independently and manage multiple tasks
