Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field
- Strong understanding of organizational behavior, culture, and leadership principles
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations
