- Running a program to develop lecturers' ability in writing articles in international journals.
- Conducting initial checks on the proposal submission process, IPR, incentives, publication and conference publishing costs.
- Becoming an internal journal web administrator and managing lecturers' publication results in national and international databases.
- Assisting in the administration process of book publishing at UMN Press
- Supporting other department activities in the Research, Innovation, and Sustainability division.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Law / Computer Science
- Understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) registration procedures.
- Experienced in uration of international books and book chapters as faculty publication venues.
- Proficiency in book and book chapter editing & layout design using Adobe Illustrator or similar software (e.g., Canva).
- Experienced in data management and report generation using office applications.
- At least 1 year of experience.
