Job Overview/Summary
The Training Associate/Facilitator plays a key support role in the delivery of virtual training programs, ensuring learners receive a structured, engaging, and well-supported training experience. This role focuses on facilitating and supporting live virtual sessions, providing learner coaching, maintaining accurate training documentation, and assisting with content review and updates.
Working closely with the Training Manager, Training Supervisor, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the Training Associate helps ensure training sessions run smoothly, learner issues are addressed promptly, and training materials remain accurate and relevant. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort in a virtual training environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Training Delivery & Support (30%)
Deliver and support high-quality virtual workshops and training sessions aligned with program objectives
Maintain strong learner engagement and create an inclusive, interactive virtual learning environment
Address learner questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner
Demonstrate professional on-camera presence, clear communication, and facilitator readiness during all live sessions
Coaching & Skills Development (25%)
Conduct targeted coaching sessions to address identified skill gaps and support VA readiness
Provide actionable feedback and guidance to help learners improve performance
Monitor learner progress following coaching interventions and adjust support as needed
Documentation & Compliance (20%)
Complete trainee scorecards accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare and send clear, accurate email updates and training-related documentation
Ensure all training records, reports, and documentation meet quality and compliance standards
Content Review & Updates (15%)
Review assigned training modules for accuracy, clarity, and relevance
Support updates to training content based on feedback, workflow changes, or identified gaps
Coordinate with SMEs or Training Supervisors to align content with current training standards
Stakeholder Collaboration (10%)
Respond promptly and professionally to stakeholder questions or requests
Maintain clear and timely communication with SMEs, Training Supervisors, LEAD Manager and cross-functional partners
Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 3 years of experience in training, onboarding, facilitation, or learner support roles
Strong communication and facilitation skills, particularly in a virtual environment
Comfortable delivering training and coaching with a professional on-camera presence
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Salesforce, and productivity tools such as G Suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced virtual setting
