KYC & Risk Analyst  

As a KYC & Risk Analyst at OneLot, you will play a critical role in building a groundbreaking lending FinTech venture. Your responsibilities will include underwriting used car dealerships, identifying risks associated with lending to car dealers, and driving OneLot's business expansion. You will work closely with the founding team in reviewing and creating well-informed decisions about lending to one of the underserved industries in the secondhand market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, review, and analyze business information of used car dealers.
• Perform Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and due diligence standards of all profiles in accordance with internal and external policies.
• Research and obtain additional information about an applicant in relation to their business, credit standing, etc.
• Analyze financial information to create a tailor-fit credit solution for each applicant
• Recommend credit decisions based on identified risk levels of a dealer.
• Coordinate with other operational teams in activating loans and sending payment reminders to used car dealers
• Monitor credit performance and inform credit outcomes for strategic decisions.

• Open to fresh graduates, preferably with backgrounds in finance, accounting, or business;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment;
• High level of integrity and professionalism;
• Fluent in Tagalog and English;
