- Plan, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.).
- Align campaigns with overall business goals and target audiences
- Coordinate with content creators and designers to produce engaging content.
- Optimize website and content for better visibility in organic search results.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Paid Advertising
- Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows.
- Manage email lists and track performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions)
- Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis and customer behavior studies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education min. bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital campaign
- Experience working with performance metrics and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Google Analytics,Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Leadership experience in managing teams or cross-functional project
- Strong planning skills
- Good communication, presentation and Excellent problem-solving skills
