Job Description

Bertanggung jawab dalam merencanakan, mengoordinasikan, dan memonitor pelaksanaan preventive maintenance (PM) serta corrective maintenance. Mengelola jadwal maintenance, Work Order (WO), pekerjaan outstanding, backlog, dan kebutuhan spare part. Mengumpulkan serta memverifikasi data teknis lapangan, menyusun laporan maintenance, memantau KPI, menganalisis downtime dan tren kerusakan, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berbasis data. Berkoordinasi dengan tim teknisi, Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, dan departemen terkait untuk meningkatkan keandalan mesin dan efektivitas kegiatan maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Minimal D3 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mekatronika, atau jurusan teknik terkait.
2. Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Engineer, atau bidang terkait di industri manufaktur.
3. Memahami dasar mekanikal dan elektrikal, motor, gearbox, sensor, conveyor, serta sistem preventive dan corrective maintenance.
4. Mampu menyusun Work Order dan laporan kerusakan secara sistematis berdasarkan temuan lapangan, tindakan perbaikan, hasil pengujian, serta rekomendasi.
5. Menguasai Microsoft Excel, termasuk formula, lookup, PivotTable, pengolahan data, dan dashboard sederhana.
6. Memahami asset register, maintenance schedule, histori kerusakan, spare part, serta sistem WO/CMMS.
7. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi lintas departemen, follow-up pekerjaan, serta dokumentasi teknis yang baik.
8. Memahami dasar troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), dan metode 5 Why untuk menganalisis penyebab kerusakan.
9. Mampu menganalisis KPI maintenance, meliputi downtime, PM compliance, MTTR, MTBF, dan breakdown berulang, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berbasis data.
