- Set performance goals, KPIs, and deadlines aligned with company objectives.
- Source and develop corporate clients; generate leads through various channels (telemarketing, online, fieldwork).
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Ensure AR collections are managed effectively, especially overdue accounts.
- Monitor branch performance, including sales, margins, inventory, aging items, and RMA.
- Oversee daily operations: approve transactions, expenses, pull-outs, and ensure timely report submissions.
- Enforce company policies, workplace safety, and handle complaints promptly.
- Manage staff: scheduling, coaching, performance appraisal, promotions, and discipline.
- Handle administrative tasks such as permits, petty cash, deposits, and compliance with cash handling timelines.
- Lead marketing efforts, including in-store promotions and managing social media (FB pages, chats, responses).
- Facilitate communication between management and staff; conduct meetings and cascade updates/memos.
- Ensure accurate database updates, client records, and reporting of branch performance to management.
- Perform comparative analysis of products/pricing and monitor fleet card usage (if applicable).
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
Experience:
At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, branch operations, or retail management
With supervisory or leadership experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and client management skills
- Leadership and people management ability
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools
- Knowledge of inventory, AR, and financial monitoring
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and handle operations efficiently
Other Requirements:
- Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
- Can work under pressure and meet targets
- Has strong organizational and time management skills
- Preferably with experience in the same industry
