Job Description
- Managing recruiter team and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, interviews, and offering.
- Facilitate actively and think strategically in proposing solutions to fulfill hiring needs.
- Ensuring hiring is facilitated and executed properly within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Managing onboarding and coordinate with related departments to ensure a smooth hiring process until the new employee are onboard in the company
- Oversee and liaise with Psychologist to ensure proper psychological test, scoring, and psychological report.
- Carrying out psychological and technical assessment of the employee for promotion and /or potential review if needed.
- Managing and responsible for handling any application, filing, documentation, and reporting.
- Paid internship and get free lunch every work day
Minimum Qualifications
- Final semester students / S1 Fresh graduates from all majors (from IT/Psychology background will be plus point)
- Proactive and has good communication skills
- Willing to use a personal laptop during the internship
- Proficient in the use of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Utilize LinkedIn, job portal, social media, and other professional networks to actively source and engage potential candidates
