Responsibilities
Provide IT support to office and factory users
Install and configure hardware, software, and printers
Manage Microsoft 365 users and licenses
Maintain UniFi network, firewall, and Wi-Fi infrastructure
Troubleshoot network and Internet issues
Monitor cybersecurity and antivirus protection
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and ISPs
Provide remote and onsite user support
Minimum Qualifications

Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of RFID devices, barcode printers, and Zebra printers is an advantage
